A game of Golf in Eerola
Welcome to Eerola Golf Centre, the home of Koski-Golf!
We wish that you enjoy your good performances on the golf course as well the magnificent scenery by the Kymi river as well as our services. We advice you to reserve enough time for your day on the course allowing you to focus on the game and bring out the best of your abilities to be marked on your scorecard. The Eerola Golf Centre offers a vast practice area with a covered shelter, greens for putting and chipping, practice bunkers and enough room to practice your approach shot for up to 100 metres.
In the practice area we also offer a freely available Par 3-course. The ball dispenser accepts bank- and credit cards as well as chargeable cards and tokens. With the exception of the range area, players are required to use their own balls. Swingmakers offers golf instructions in Eerola.
Always check in at the Caddiemaster’s office before the game.
You will also be provided with information concerning the surrounding conditions on the course and your upcoming game. The office is located next to the 1st tee. You may also wish to upgrade your equipment at the Proshop located in the same building. The office offers toilet facilities and you are welcome to fill up your water bottle outside the building. It is recommendable to make a reservation for a golf cart in advance. The keys are available at the office and the carts are located next to the building. Golf trolleys are included in the fee and they are located under an upstairs passageway at the other end of the building. Trolleys are also available at the parking lot behind the dressing rooms.
The groups are timed 10 minutes apart.
Please be punctual but leave also enough time for a group ahead to ensure safety. The game starts normally from the first tee, but on certain days also from tees number 8 or 10. Please ensure the correct starting location from the Caddiemaster’s office. While waiting for your turn you may get into the feeling on the putting green located next to the first tee or wash any old grass from your clubs at the washing station.
The slope-charts and further information are available on a bulletin board by the first tee. Each fairway has a board displaying maps, distances and the location of obstacles. The distances to the centre of the green are marked in the middle of each fairway at distances of 200, 150 and 100 metres. On fairways 3 and 12 ring the bell when leaving the green. Regular toilets are available after the fourth fairway and dry toilets after 12th and 15th fairway.
The restaurant Clubi
is located after the 9th fairway providing the opportunity to enjoy a few-minute break. You may follow the game from the terrace and continue your game once the group ahead has advanced enough. Clubi is open in accordance with the opening hours of the golf course. For a detailed timetable click here. The restaurant serves a buffet-style lunch daily with optional soup. A separate menu and the counter are also full of treats for a variety of tastes. The restaurant is fully licenced with a 50-seat terrace, a 100-seat veranda as well as 50 indoor seats with a separable cabinet for 30 persons.
Dressing rooms, showers and saunas
are located in an old cattle shed of the former Eerola farmstead. They are open in accordance with the opening hours of the course. The men’s sauna contains an instant stove providing relaxing heat by simply opening the lid. The women’s sauna is equipped with a timer that can be turned on before a game. Further instructions are available on the premises. Each visitor is served with a locked cabinet and a towel. For a private high-class sauna, the Amiraali-cabinet is available upstairs.
